The Americas – Brazil: ANVISA publishes guidelines on the application of the regulation of vegetable oils and fats

The National Sanitary Surveillance Agency (ANVISA in Spanish) published a guide on Questions and Answers on vegetable oils and fats used in food. The publication clarifies frequent doubts about the new regulation on the matter, Resolution (RDC) 481/2021 and Normative Instruction (IN) 87/2021.
