The National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA in Portuguese) has published the 3rd edition of the Questions and Answers Document on Enteral Nutrition Formulas. In this edition, updates were made related to the current legislation, with emphasis on the changes introduced by the new food regularization rules, the Resolution of the Collegiate Council (RDC) 843/2024 and the Normative Instruction (IN) 281/2024, in addition to other related ones.
