The National Institute of Food and Drug Surveillance (INVIMA in Spanish), initiates the national public consultation to update the procedure for obtaining the sanitary authorization and registration by animal processing plants, deboning, deboning and conditioning of meat and edible meat products before the INVIMA, the guidelines of articles 2, 10 and 11 of Decree 2016 of 2023 are issued and other provisions are dictated”.
