The National Agency of Regulation, Control and Sanitary Surveillance (ARCSA in Spanish) has published the
Technical sanitary regulations for obtaining the certificate of sanitary notification and registration of processing plants certified in good manufacturing practices of food for special diets, distribution, commercialization and transportation establishments.
