Brasil – In consultation publishes regulations on the identity, purity and composition of ingredients authorized for use in food

The National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA in Portuguese) has published Public Consultation No 1324, dated 04/17/2025 – IN which establishes the identity, purity and composition of ingredients authorized for use in food.
It is necessary to regulate the specifications of identity, purity and composition of ingredients authorized for use in food, as part of item 3.8 of the Regulatory Agenda 2024/2025.
