Joint Resolution 19/2025 of the Secretariat of Health Management and the Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries amends Article 735 of the Argentine Food Code,
ARTICLE 1.- Article 735 of Chapter IX, Farinaceous Foods of the Argentine Food Code is hereby replaced and shall be worded as follows: “Article 735: With the denomination of Black Bread or Wholemeal Bread, it is understood the product whose content, of the total of flours, is at least 50% of the wholemeal type.
This product shall be labeled: Black bread or Whole wheat bread.”
